This traditionally hand-hammered wok made of carbon steel, with a diameter of 30cm, is perfect for preparing a variety of dishes for up to 3 people . If you want to cook for up to 6 people , we recommend the 36cm version.
"Stir frying"
Thanks to the thin forged carbon steel, the wok reacts quickly to temperature changes and enables the well-known Cantonese cooking style “stir frying” (chǎo and bào).

On the opposite side of the wooden handle is the metal handle. This is useful when the wok is full of food and therefore heavy. The metal handle is also suitable for hanging up the wok for storage.

The wok is already seasoned and therefore has a natural non-stick coating, which enables healthy frying with little oil.
Flat floor
The flat base means the wok can be used in a variety of ways - under an open fire, on gas and electric stoves and even on the induction stove.
