Ingredients (for 4 persons):
- 500g glass noodles
- 200g Sugar Snaps (snow peas, sugar peas)
- 1x Red chilli pepper
- 2x garlic
- 1 volume fresh coriander
- 400g Sliced turkey
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp each Sesame light, sesame black
Fry the turkey in a wok. Halve the chilli and remove the core, cut into small pieces and add to the turkey meat with the peeled and pressed garlic. Cut off the sugar snaps about 0,5 cm on both sides and add them to the wok. Put the glass noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over them and let them steep for 5 minutes. Sieve and place in the wok. Deglaze with soy sauce & season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together and arrange on a deep plate. Finely chop the coriander and sprinkle over it. Briefly toast the sesame seeds in a pan / wok, sprinkle it over the dish to finish and let it taste good.
