Spicy chicken and vegetable pan with couscous

Ingredients (for 4 persons):

  • 2 cups couscous
  • 1 each Yellow & red peppers
  • 1 pcs Perennial celery
  • 4 pcs Shrub tomatoes
  • 1x chicken breast
  • Salt, pepper, chilli flakes, mixed cinnamon, paprika powder, spring onion


Wash all ingredients, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Then heat some olive oil in a wok. First fry the chicken breast pieces until golden brown, then add the pepper pieces and fry them with them. Add the celery pieces and reduce the heat a little, then add the tomato pieces and season everything (depending on your taste - hot or sweet). Pour in some vegetable stock if necessary. Put the couscous in a bowl and pour twice as much boiling water over it and let it soak for about 10 minutes. Put the couscous in a small bowl and press it down a little with the spoon. Turn the bowl out onto a plate and arrange the chicken and vegetable pan on the side of the plate. Decorate with finely chopped spring onions and enjoy!
