Fries from the wok

Ingredients for 4 people):

  • approx. 12 potatoes (600-800g)
  • vegetable oil
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Peel the potatoes and then cut them into thin sticks of approximately the same size.

  2. Meanwhile, add the vegetable oil to the wok and heat it up.

  3. Once the oil is hot enough, add the fries.
    Tip: Take your pasoli wok turner and hold it in the hot oil - if bubbles form on the wok turner, the oil is hot enough.
    All fries should be floating in oil.

  4. As soon as the fries are golden brown, you can remove them with a sieve spoon, drain some of the oil, season with salt and serve.

The tastiest fries you've ever made are ready!
