Ingredients for 4 people):
- approx. 12 potatoes (600-800g)
- vegetable oil
- Peel the potatoes and then cut them into thin sticks of approximately the same size.
- Meanwhile, add the vegetable oil to the wok and heat it up.
Once the oil is hot enough, add the fries.
Tip: Take your pasoli wok turner and hold it in the hot oil - if bubbles form on the wok turner, the oil is hot enough.
All fries should be floating in oil.
- As soon as the fries are golden brown, you can remove them with a sieve spoon, drain some of the oil, season with salt and serve.
