This traditionally hand-hammered wok made of carbon steel, with a diameter of 30cm, is perfect for preparing a variety of dishes for up to 3 people . If you want to cook for up to 6 people , we recommend the 36cm version.

On the opposite side of the wooden handle is the metal handle. This is useful when the wok is full of food and therefore heavy. The metal handle is also suitable for hanging up the wok for storage.

Burn in once

Please note: Before using the wok for the first time, it must be seasoned. Instructions for this are included with the wok. After baking once, a natural non-stick coating forms, which enables healthy frying with little oil.

And your noodles won't fry!

Who doesn't know that pasta causes terrible crusts in the pot when it's fried? The first time I tried a pasta dish with this wok, I didn't experience any sticking or crusting! This is super top class! 👍

This is how I imagined a wok

Easy to handle at only approx. 2 kg. I'm totally happy and excited about the flat, wide opening for frying noodles with voluminous vegetables such as mung bean sprouts etc. in the puddle with a little oil. I really enjoy being there and turning with wooden spatulas. A new experience in culinary art! And burning it in was also fun because I learned about heat conduction and how it behaves with oil. The alternating colors give my wok a personal touch of color! Thanks to Pasoli and the Chinese ;-)

Super wok, absolute purchase recommendation

I bought the original PASOLI wok (not seasoned) in the 30cm size, I find the size more than sufficient for two people. I already knew how to season other iron pans; detailed instructions are included. To avoid the unpleasant smell in the house, I seasoned the wok on the gas grill. That worked well, but I would recommend a seasoned wok to anyone who doesn't have this option. The fact that the wok has a slight inward curvature on the flat induction hob is simply because without this it would no longer be flat at operating temperature. The food made from this carbon iron tastes great and the nice thing is that the wok gets better with every use. For me, cooking on carbon steel is the purest form of how people cooked hundreds of years ago. An absolute professional tool that my son will probably still be able to use in 30 years.
