Asian Pasta Pan

Ingredients for 4 people):

  • 300g wok noodles
  • 3 carrots
  • 300-500g broccoli
  • 3-4 stalks of spring onions
  • 400g turkey schnitzel
  • soy sauce
  • chilli sauce
  • Salt
  • pepper


Preparation:

  1. Wash vegetables. Cut carrots into sticks, broccoli into small florets, spring onions into slices and turkey schnitzel into strips.

  2. Add oil to a wok and heat. Then add the turkey meat and fry until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Place wok noodles in a pot of boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  3. After the meat is cooked through, add the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes. Then mix in the drained noodles. Add soy sauce and chili sauce if you like and fry for another 3 minutes.
