Asian Pasta Pan

Ingredients (for 4 persons):

  • 300g wok noodles
  • 3 carrots
  • 300-500g broccoli
  • 3-4 sticks of spring onions
  • 400g turkey escalope
  • soy sauce
  • Chili sauce
  • salt
  • pepper


  1. wash vegetables. Cut the carrots into sticks, broccoli into small florets, slice the spring onions and cut the turkey escalope into strips.

  2. Put oil in a wok and heat. Then add the turkey meat and fry through. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Place wok noodles in a pot of boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  3. After the meat is cooked through, add the vegetables and also sauté for 5 minutes. Then mix in the drained noodles. Add soy sauce and chili sauce to taste and sauté for another 3 minutes.
