Fries from the wok - pasoli

French fries from the wok

Ingredients (for 4 persons):

  • approx. 12 potatoes (600-800g)
  • vegetable oil
  • salt


  1. Peel the potatoes and then cut into thin sticks of about the same size.

  2. Meanwhile, add the vegetable oil to the wok and heat up.

  3. Once the oil is hot enough, add the fries.
    Tip: Take your pasoli wok turner and hold it in the hot oil - if bubbles form on the wok turner, the oil is hot enough.
    All fries should be swimming in the oil.

  4. As soon as the fries are golden brown, you can take them out with a slotted spoon, drain off some of the oil, salt and serve.
