Ingredients (for 4 persons):
- approx. 12 potatoes (600-800g)
- vegetable oil
- Peel the potatoes and then cut into thin sticks of about the same size.
- Meanwhile, add the vegetable oil to the wok and heat up.
Once the oil is hot enough, add the fries.
Tip: Take your pasoli wok turner and hold it in the hot oil - if bubbles form on the wok turner, the oil is hot enough.
All fries should be swimming in the oil.
- As soon as the fries are golden brown, you can take them out with a slotted spoon, drain off some of the oil, salt and serve.
The tastiest fries you've ever made are ready!
