This traditionally hand-hammered wok made of carbon steel, with a diameter of 30cm, is perfect for preparing a wide variety of dishes for up to 3 people. If you for up to 6 people If you want to cook, we recommend the 36cm version.

Thanks to the thin forged carbon steel, the wok reacts quickly to changes in temperature and enables the well-known Cantonese cooking method “stir frying” (chǎo and bào).

Metal handle of the pasoli wok

The metal handle is on the opposite side of the wooden handle. This is useful when the wok is full of food and therefore heavy. The metal handle is also suitable for hanging up the wok for storage.

One-time burn-in

Please note: Before using the wok for the first time, it must be burned in. A Instructions included with the wok. After a single baking, a natural non-stick coating forms, which in particular enables healthy frying with little oil.

Flat bottom

Great product
Didn't manage to burn it in so evenly the first time, but it will be fine. The first dish "Thai Curry" is well done

burn-in

hey ! I haven't used my wok yet, nor is it seasoned. Unfortunately it is totally rusted (my fault, because it got wet in the closet) I would like to use it from now on, how do I proceed? Do I remove the rust first and then burn it in or the other way around? How do I do that exactly, unfortunately I don't have the instructions anymore...

Hi Nicola, oh, of course that didn't go well. But no problem. First remove the grate and then season the wok. You can find the burn-in instructions on our homepage under the FAQs.

Handy wok

Version in 30 cm. Very handy, well made wok. Burn-in worked well. The first dishes turned out well. I am very pleased.
