Ingredients (for 4 persons):
- 500g Mie noodles
- 2 pcs Pak choi
- 200g Shitake mushrooms
- 3x garlic
- 3x Carrots (1x yellow, orange and purple each)
- 150g Mung bean sprouts (seedlings)
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 400g Mixed minced meat
- Salt, pepper, (sambal oelek)
Peel the garlic and cut into fine pieces or press. Fry the minced meat in a wok. Add the garlic. Peel the carrots, cut into 3-4 cm long sticks and place in the wok. Cut the shitake into slices and add it. Meanwhile, put the Mie noodles in a saucepan, pour boiling water over them and let them steep for 4-5 minutes. Drain in a sieve and set aside. Roughly cut the pak choi, wash it and then put it in the wok. Also add the mung bean sprouts. Deglaze with soy sauce and mix everything together. Put the Mie noodles in the wok and stir everything through. Season with salt and pepper. Possibly add some Sambal Oelek and serve.
