Extremely sharp paring knife with wooden handle, including blade protector

DO YOU HAVE DIFFICULTY PEELING FRUIT AND VEGETABLES WITH YOUR KITCHEN KNIFE?

You use kitchen knives for a variety of food preparation tasks, such as: B. for cutting, chopping, chopping and dicing. Therefore, you also need different knives so that you can make your preparations without having to be satisfied with the knife that is within your reach.

A traditional kitchen knife, for example, is probably not the best tool for peeling fruit or vegetables. For this you need a sharp knife with which you can work quickly and precisely without it being too heavy in the hand.

With the damask paring knife from pasoli you can cut and peel small foods without breaking a sweat.

PEELING MADE EASY

Besides being inconvenient, peeling potatoes with a large kitchen knife can be downright dangerous. The long blade and the bulky size of the knife are intended for heavier jobs like chopping, chopping or dicing. Our paring knife has a short 9cm blade with a thickness of 2mm. Thanks to its handy size, you can proceed quickly and precisely when skinning or peeling smaller foods.

A PRODUCT OF HIGH CRAFTSMANSHIP

Who wouldn't prefer a paring knife that looks elegant and classy over a normal knife? Our professional paring knife is a true work of art with a 67-ply blade made of Japanese Damascus steel wrapped around a high-quality VG-10 core. Compared to ordinary steel, Damascus steel can keep its sharpness longer. That explains why it can cost up to three times as much as normal knives.

FITS COMFORTABLY IN YOUR HAND

It's no fun using a paring knife that keeps slipping out of your hand. Aside from the razor-sharp blade, you will also love the balanced profile and soft handle of our paring knife. As soon as you hold this knife in your hands, you will immediately know that it is not an ordinary paring knife. Its wooden handle is ergonomically shaped so that you can hold the knife safely and non-slip in your hand.

GET ITS SHARPNESS

To keep your knife sharp, it's important to take proper care of it. The good thing about this paring knife is that it takes little effort to get its razor-sharp edge.

After use, gently clean the knife with a non-abrasive sponge and dry it with an absorbent towel. We do not recommend cleaning the knife in the dishwasher or soaking it in water.

EASY AND SECURE STORAGE

Leaving your paring knife open can cause it to lose its sharpness much faster. This can also pose a safety risk in your kitchen, especially if the sharp blade is completely exposed. When you buy our paring knife, you also get a protective blade cover. This protective cover prevents other utensils from coming into contact with the blade of your knife. It also helps minimize the risk of kitchen accidents caused by an exposed blade.

Not satisfactory!!

The knife was no longer usable after 1 week!!. When cutting tomatoes, you squeeze the tomato, but cutting is difficult.
I already told you a few days ago
written, with a picture, that I do that
If you would like to send the knife back and refund me the purchase price as soon as possible.
Wolfgang Wilke

Hello Wolfgang,

thanks for your feedback. In the meantime we had email contact. This sounds very much like a manufacturing defect, which is why I offered to take your knife back free of charge and send you a new one if you want.

Pascal

Price / performance fits

The knife is very well made and feels really good in the hand. My demand for sharpness and, above all, durability is very high and I also have knives that perform much better here. However, they are also priced at a much higher level. Conclusion: Optically very nice. Very good in the hand. Quality and price match each other.
