Version in 30 cm. Very handy, well made wok. Burn-in worked well. The first dishes turned out well. I am very pleased.
The knife is extremely sharp, quite flexible and makes a valuable impression. I've had a lot of fun with it in the kitchen.
Very good product, nice finish, light weight. The burn-in according to the instructions worked great and without any problems. The exact description of what can possibly occur when burning in is also nice - you are prepared for that.
The preparation of a wide variety of dishes also works very well in the wok. I am very happy with it!

After trying out a few things (and being disappointed) from the cheap wok (Lidl) to the expensive WMF stainless steel wok, I'm now where I wanted to be: simply great, this wok. I wanted to save myself the burn-in, it was neatly prepared. Meat can be seared excellently in it, but a cap cay and fried rice / fried noodles as well as chicken curry are also good in it. I only use my iron pan for steaks. Absolute purchase recommendation!
I gave the wok (36er) to my son, who thinks it's great. Also visually appealing and ideal for large portions!
For me, the small (30s) would be more suitable, so I'll be happy when it's available again!
