We now have our second wok. Fast delivery and top quality workmanship. After buying various wok pans from different manufacturers over the last few years, which had a very short lifespan, we came across the Pasoli wok pan by chance. We bought it, tried it out and were absolutely convinced. We then bought the smaller one for camping. It was in continuous use for 2 days. It has proven itself. Absolutely delighted and can only recommend it. We are totally delighted.
I've tried it a few times: I really like using it because the heat is concentrated in the middle and it's possible to experiment with new cooking methods. The only thing is that I was hoping to use my own glass lid with a diameter of 28 cm, with a steel edge and a hole for steaming, but it's small and doesn't close the wok with a diameter of 30 cm. I can look for a lid up to 30, however it didn't close perfectly because of the steel handle.
I suggest you consider a wok with a lockable lid. Ciao ciao e grazie. Lo avete pensato bene, bravi!
