Ingredients (for 4 persons):
- 300g wok noodles
- 3 carrots
- 300-500g broccoli
- 3-4 sticks of spring onions
- 400g turkey escalope
- soy sauce
- Chili sauce
- salt
- pepper
Preparation:
- wash vegetables. Cut the carrots into sticks, broccoli into small florets, slice the spring onions and cut the turkey escalope into strips.
- Put oil in a wok and heat. Then add the turkey meat and fry through. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Place wok noodles in a pot of boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- After the meat is cooked through, add the vegetables and also sauté for 5 minutes. Then mix in the drained noodles. Add soy sauce and chili sauce to taste and sauté for another 3 minutes.
