Perfect for you and your loved ones
This traditionally hand-hammered wok made of carbon steel, with a diameter of 30cm, is perfect for preparing a wide variety of dishes for up to 3 people. If you for up to 6 people If you want to cook, we recommend the 36cm version.
Thanks to the thin forged carbon steel, the wok reacts quickly to changes in temperature and enables the well-known Cantonese cooking method “stir frying” (chǎo and bào).

We really enjoy cooking as a family. So far, however, I have been missing a real/good wok. After extensive research, I decided on the Pasoli wok and am absolutely thrilled. However, two things are important: Induction works, but it doesn't come close to achieving the "boom" required for a proper wok-hay. Be sure to use a gas flame with an output of over 12kW. Then you have the real wok cooking experience. The second thing: It's better to spend a few euros more and order a burnt wok. The seasoning process is not complicated, but depending on the equipment (induction or just a small gas stove) it can be quite lengthy due to the shape and size of the wok. The time saved can be invested in cooking. Finally: There is nothing wrong with it! Top heat distribution, top workmanship. Unrestricted purchase recommendation.
Didn't manage to burn it in so evenly the first time, but it will be fine. The first dish "Thai Curry" is well done
hey ! I haven't used my wok yet, nor is it seasoned. Unfortunately it is totally rusted (my fault, because it got wet in the closet) I would like to use it from now on, how do I proceed? Do I remove the rust first and then burn it in or the other way around? How do I do that exactly, unfortunately I don't have the instructions anymore...
Hi Nicola, oh, of course that didn't go well. But no problem. First remove the grate and then season the wok. You can find the burn-in instructions on our homepage under the FAQs.
