Ingredients for 4 people):
- 400g peeled and deveined king prawns
- 1 piece Romanesco (or broccoli/cauliflower)
- 200g white mushrooms
- 1pc. Large shallot
- 400g cream
- 100 ml white wine
- 500g noodles
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, parmesan
Preparation:
Remove the Romanesco from the stem and cut into small florets, wash with warm water and a little salt. Clean and quarter the mushrooms with a kitchen towel or a small brush. Finely dice the shallot, add it to the wok with a little olive oil and sauté until translucent. Then add the shrimps and fry them. Then add the Romanesco florets and sauté for about 3 minutes over medium heat. Finally, add the mushrooms to the wok and sauté for another 2 minutes. Deglaze with white wine and allow to reduce slightly. Finally pour in cream. Season with salt, pepper and a little garlic powder. Turn the flame to the lowest level and cook the tagliatelle. Arrange the pasta in a deep plate and pour the shrimp and vegetable sauce over it, if necessary, shave some Parmesan over it and you're done.
