Maillard reaction

Thanks to its high temperature resistance and rapid heating, our frying pan enables the Maillard reaction, which creates unique roasted aromas and browning. Ideal for searing, grilling and browning meat, fish, eggs and much more.

Durable & 100% natural non-stick properties

Our steak pan is given a special heat treatment, which makes it better protected against rust and corrosion and also scratch-resistant. Metal cookware can be used without any problems.

The pan is also pre-seasoned with vegetable oil. This provides a natural non-stick protection that gets better the more often you use it. Completely free of PFAS or similar chemical components.

Versatile useable

Our steak pan is suitable for all types of stoves. Whether gas, induction, ceramic or electric. It also burns the typical Diamond pattern into the food you know from grilling.

Due to its high heat resistance, it can also be used on open fire and is therefore ideal for "outdoor cooking"

Ergonomic handle protection (optional)

The handle guard is ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in your hand. It also protects against heat and can be easily snapped on when you remove the pan from the oven, for example.

Please choose whether you would like the pan with or without protection.

Accessories

Carbon steel - an (almost) all-rounder

Carbon steel can handle a wide range of different dishes. From tender juicy steaks, glassy crispy fish fillets, crunchy vegetables, to eggs, pancakes and perfectly browned fried potatoes. The pans heat up quickly and very evenly, so your food cooks evenly. This allows for easier temperature control for the perfect frying result.

The only thing you should avoid are acidic foods (e.g. tomatoes and citrus fruits), as these can reduce the natural non-stick patina.

Carbon steel vs. cast iron:

Carbon steel has similar frying properties to cast iron, but is lighter and reacts faster and more precisely to temperature changes.

Finally:

Carbon steel can withstand almost anything. However, avoid thermal shocks, acidic foods and detergents.
