THE SANTOKU FAMILY
"Santoku" means "3 virtues" in Japanese, which underlines that
the knives were specially developed for 3 skills - fish, meat
and vegetables. These knives allow you to prepare a wide variety of dishes, making them an essential addition to your kitchen tool collection. With their wider blades, these Santoku knives are also perfect for slicing cheese or chopping herbs. The knives are included in the set with blade lengths of 13 and 18 cm.
THE VEGETABLE KNIFE
Aside from being inconvenient, peeling potatoes with a large kitchen knife can be downright dangerous. The long blade and the bulky size of the knife are intended for heavier jobs like cutting, chopping or dicing. Our paring knife has a short 9cm blade with a thickness of 2mm.
