Pasoli's story began in 2019 with a clear vision: to make the fascination and tools of traditional Asian cuisine accessible to everyone. What started as an ambitious start-up with just 1.000 woks in 80 boxes quickly developed into a true success story thanks to the enormous demand from our customers.

Driven by a passion for cooking, we have continuously developed our product range. We are fully committed to using products made from traditional materials. Following the successful launch of our proven woks, pasoli bridged the gap between artisanal perfection and everyday practicality in 2021 with the introduction of premium Damascus knives. Our knives combine the unparalleled sharpness of the typical Damascus blade with ergonomic, elegant wooden handles. The latest milestone in our product range is our extremely robust carbon steel frying pans, prized for their superior heat distribution and durability.
